I met Dr. Sharalyn Payne when I first moved to Dallas, Texas and a former coworker recommended that we meet. When I met Dr. Sharalyn, I was in a really bad place. I had lost the majority of my family and I was in a job that I hated. I was miserable. I began to work with Dr. Sharalyn and slowly I began to see that I could be happy in spite of everything I had been through. I began to make much needed changes. I launched my business – which I had always wanted to do, but I was afraid to because it wasn’t acceptable to my father. Since working with Dr. Payne, I am now in a totally different place physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially. I am expanding my business and I have even relocated to a city which is better suited for who I am and what I want to do. I am now looking forward to my future. I can truly say that Dr. Sharalyn Payne has helped me to see what is worth fighting for, pushed me to let go of my past and see things differently. Since I have made the needed changes in my life, everything has become increasingly better!

Sharalyn doesn’t just motivate you to achieve your dreams and goals, she is honest and gives you the straight talk you need to get things done. I can be a bit over the top, but she gave it to me straight and even held me ACCOUNTABLE to doing what I said I was going to do. I have made the needed changes and I have seen improvement in my career, health, and relationships. I am even checking off some of the fun things that had been on my list for years!

Sharalyn ignited a fire in me to pursue some of my own goals. Attending her masterclasses and meeting with her for strategy sessions are just what I needed to help me reinvent myself after I was laid off of a company I had been with for 12+ years. I had several ideas of what I thought I should be doing, but lacked clear direction. Sharalyn inspired and motivated me to put my gifts and talents to work. I am now in the process of launching a product which I believe will change the hiring process for companies all across America.

Sharalyn is the most selfless person I know. She helped me to transform my life and my career. I developed the confidence I needed to change my career and even start my own profitable business. She also challenged some of my beliefs about relationships and I have seen things change in my marriage and friendships. When I first started working with Sharalyn, I had no direction to my life. I had many things I was okay at, but struggled to find my “thing”. Sharalyn provided tools and resources to help me discover my purpose, my why, and what I wanted for my life. I now work in a career that best suits my strengths and I have a profitable business which I love. I now make more money in my business than I do on my job all because I met one person that changed my life.
